What information do we collect about you?
We will collect data about customers, staff and suppliers to help us deliver an effective service and to provide you with the information or service you require from us. If you decide to make an enquiry, request samples or price lists or register for our newsletter, we will typically ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. Depending then on the nature of your enquiry, we may go on to record information regarding correspondence or meetings we have with you regarding your project. We may also hold information regarding your property such as photographs of access and the site.

Retention of data
We have a retention policy and use this to define how long we hold information after you are no longer involved with the Strathearn Stone and Timber. In some cases we will securely retain your data for 7 years. We will only hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us. We hold your email address on a subscribed mailing list indefinitely unless you have requested to unsubscribe.
