Additional Information
All the oaks in our Chambord range are supplied in a natural grade and have a heavy brushed finish.
Natural grade has healthy knots up to 60mm, open but filled knots up to 40mm, end cracks allowed up to 250mm, sapwood up to 1/3 of width.
A heavy brushed finish, not only gives the oak its signifying exquisite appearance, it strengthens the top layer of the board adding to its durability as a floor covering.
Manoir
Manoir is a plank that is ultra-wide 280/330/380mm mixed, ultra-long 2 to 4m and engineered with 3 layers – oak/birch plywood/oak. Our Manoir option is also available in our Chateaux finish – same specification as Manoir but with a traditional mill surface, three-dimensional finish and variable thickness between 19 and 23mm.
