Our Slate Oil is a sealant for Slate Hearth Stones, giving the hearth stone protection from marking and staining. Slate hearths should be sealed with either slate oil or a natural stone impregnator.

Directions for Use of Slate Oil: Ensure all slate surfaces are clean and dry before sealing. Apply with a clean cloth until dry. Remove excess sealer. Allow 4 hours to dry then reapply if necessary.
Coverage: 200ml will cover approx 5m2.
Maintenance: Clean using warm soapy water.
Health & Safety: Use in well ventilated area. Do not swallow, keep away from children.
