Engineered Oak Timber Flooring

Engineered wood flooring is designed for use in areas exposed to significant fluctuations in temperature/humidity, such as rooms that have underfloor heating or conservatories. Engineered oak is also suitable for installation as a floating floor onto concrete subfloors. Once laid, engineered wood will replicate the look of a solid oak floor.

Our Engineered wood boards are 20mm thick, with a 5 to 6mm solid oak wear layer and multi-ply back board, unless otherwise stated. The planks are supplied in random lengths up to 2.5m and each board is end-matched tongue and grooved. Our 20mm engineered oak flooring is structural timber i.e. can be installed directly onto joists, and the boards come with micro-bevel edges as standard (square edge may be available on request).

We recommend that you visit our showroom in Perthshire where large panels of our products can be viewed. The inherent variations and total effect of natural flooring can then be fully appreciated!

Our range of engineered wood flooring includes;

Natural Grade Natural Grade - unlimited knots and wild grain features, with sapwood and colour variation across the boards. Natural Grade oak will provide a floor with plenty of character and interest.
